Personal information

All information given on our website will at no point be transferred, sold or in any way be made accessible for other parties than DollsWalls, by Danish Brain Games. All information will be handled confidentially in regards to processing your order.

All order information will be saved for 5 years and then deleted from our system.

Delivery

We process and ship your order within 3 working days from the placement of your order.

Payment

All prices are shown included danish VAT. The payment will be drawn, when the order is sent from our warehouse. 

No creditcard information is stored, and DollsWalls can at no point draw a higher amount than what you approved. 

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day right to return on the goods, calculated from the day the goods are received.

If you choose to return a purchase, you must return the item in the same condition as upon receipt, ie in unused condition. The right of withdrawal lapses if the item has been opened, assembled and used to an extent that the sales value of the item is significantly reduced.

We would appreciate you contacting us before returning an item. Once the item is received, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. However, you must bear the cost of returning it yourself.

Complaints

We provide a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product.

The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.

Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during the usual inspection of the product must be notified within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned.
